Return and Refund Policy

All Airsoft parts require professional installation, and the performance of parts can vary greatly depending on the quality of installation. We cannot provide returns or refunds for used parts unless there is a manufacturing defect. Any items with a manufacturing defect can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Wendigo Customs can provide a return shipping label free of charge or refund the customer for the cost of the shipping used in their initial order. In some cases, manufacturer authorization and/or a diagnosis of the part may be required to confirm that the part is defective. Wendigo Customs can replace the product if it is in stock or issue a refund based on the customer's preference.

If the product is defective and covered by a manufacturer's warranty, it is typically required that the customer contact the manufacturer directly before seeking support from Wendigo Customs. This is because the manufacturer has the most expertise in their own products and can provide the best assistance.

If a customer changes their mind about an order or no longer wants the parts they bought, they may return the parts within 30 days of purchase, provided the parts are brand new, unused, and in their original packaging. The initial cost of shipping the goods to the customer is non-refundable. A 5% restocking fee will apply, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping, including any insurance. In cases where Wendigo Customs provides a return shipping label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. The item must be returned to Wendigo Customs to be eligible for a refund. Opened parts may be subject to a restocking fee, which will vary depending on the condition of the packaging and the use of the product.

Wendigo Customs cannot accept returns for used parts or parts that have been damaged by the end user.
